Coaching historically has been associated with sport but it became apparent to early coaching pioneers such as Tim Gallwey that many of the same techniques used to unlock the potential of top athletes could be used to help anyone reach a higher level of performance in business or in life.
Coaching was once viewed by many as a tool to correct underperformance, today it is becoming widely recognized as an effective tool to support the development of top producers. In fact, in a survey in 2004 by Right Management Consultants, 86 percent of companies said they use coaching to sharpen the skills of individuals who have been identified as future organizational leaders.

How Do Coaching Sessions Work?
I tailor my approach to your individual needs and goals. Sessions are based on a continual process of assessment, goal setting, action steps and back to assessment. You can choose to work
individually or as part of a group.
Individual coaching takes place in the comfort of your home, your office or other quiet place. Individual sessions are optimal when they are held two times a month. I’ve found that these frequencies allow us to properly track and support the realization of your plans.
How Long Is the Process?
Coaching helps bring out and emphasize the unique potential of the individual and provides a structure and process for their development. This does not happen from one day to the next. Some clients make coaching an integral part of their life. But perhaps right now you are only seeking help for a specific situation. That’s fine. I recommend 9-18 months in order to see lasting change.
